Frequently asked: Brazzers
How do I cancel during the Brazzers free week so I'm not charged?
Cancel through the billing processor — Brazzers itself doesn't run billing. Your card statement names the processor (Probiller, Epoch, or SegPay), and that's where the cancel button lives. Visit cs.probiller.com, epoch.com/billing-support, or cs.segpay.com depending on which one you see, enter the email used at signup plus the last four of your card, and confirm. Your access continues until day seven; you just won't roll into the paid month. Confirmation email arrives within minutes — if it doesn't, you signed up with a different email than you think.
What does the Brazzers charge look like on my bank statement?
Never "Brazzers." The descriptor is the third-party billing processor: PROBILLER.COM, EPOCH.COM, or SEGPAY.COM, usually followed by a phone number and merchant ID. This is industry-standard for adult subscription billing — neutral descriptors have been the norm for two decades, partly for privacy and partly because card networks require generic merchant naming. If you're seeing a charge for an exact dollar amount you don't recognize, cross-reference the processor name to identify the underlying site.
Which sites are included in the Brazzers free week?
All thirty-plus channels in the Brazzers Network, included in one Plus subscription. Best-known properties: Real Wife Stories, Big Tits at School, Day with a Pornstar, Doctor Adventures, ZZ Series, Hot and Mean, Pornstars Like It Big, Mommy Got Boobs, Brazzers Live, Brazzers Vault, plus the AI-upscaled Brazzers Classic archive of pre-2010 scenes. One subscription, one login, no per-channel paywalls.
Does the Brazzers free week include VR scenes?
Yes — VR scenes are included at no extra charge during the seven-day trial. The Brazzers VR catalogue is smaller than dedicated VR networks but covers a few hundred 180-degree side-by-side scenes. Side-by-side VR is the format that any modern VR headset browser can play directly, no app needed.
Is there a Brazzers app for iPhone or Android?
No. Apple's App Store and Google Play both prohibit explicit adult content per their content policies. Brazzers is browser-only on mobile. Searches for "Brazzers APK" turn up unofficial third-party packages — installing those is a security risk because they're not signed by Brazzers and often bundle tracking code.
What video quality does the Brazzers free week include?
Up to 1080p. The 4K and limited 8K library are gated to the Brazzers Ultimate tier — about $5/month more than Plus. The trial unlocks Plus, so 1080p is the cap. Most 2026 production is shot in 4K source then offered to Plus members at 1080p. If you upgrade to Ultimate during the trial you get higher resolution but lose the trial — billing converts immediately.
Why was I charged twice for Brazzers?
Three common causes: (1) you signed up at two different campaign URLs and got two trial accounts, (2) the temporary auth hold ($1 or $0) didn't drop and the converted charge stacked on top, (3) the trial converted while you were also paying for a sister-network subscription on the same card. Cross-check your email inbox for any "welcome to" message that doesn't match the email you cancelled. If two trial accounts exist, both need cancellation — separately.
Can I stack multiple free trials at the same time?
Yes. Each network's trial is per-email; using different emails for Brazzers, AdultTime, and SpiceVids gets you ~21 days of full premium access. Practical setup: one Gmail per trial. Cancel each one on day one or two and keep access through day seven. Be aware: signing up to multiple trials with the same payment card is fine — the auth holds drop without converting if you cancel.
What happens if I file a chargeback for Brazzers / AdultTime / SpiceVids?
Three consequences. (1) The network bans your email + card from all their networks (Brazzers Network, AT family, FameSupport-billed sites — that's a wide swath). (2) Your card may be flagged in the processor's risk database for future adult signups across all networks they handle. (3) The chargeback may be contested with documentation showing your acknowledgment of the trial-conversion terms; if contested, you may end up with both the original charge AND a chargeback fee. Use chargeback as last resort, not first.
Does the UK Online Safety Act block Brazzers / AdultTime / SpiceVids?
No outright block, but all three require age verification (Yoti, VerifyMyAge, or government ID) for UK access. The Act took effect July 2025. Verification is one-time per device cookie (~30 days). Some users use VPN to bypass the verification entirely — connecting to a Netherlands or Spain endpoint avoids UK AV.
